Excellent service and convenient neighborhood

I am not sure why the number on hotels.com does not work, but the hosts sent us a message to help us find the place, so make sure you check your mailbox ahead of time. The room was spacious with everything we needed. We had two large suitcases, with them open, we were still able to extend the sofa beds(yes, there were a big bed and two sofa beds in the room.)The bathroom was also big and clean. There was cleaning srrvice every day. Although the apartment did not have an elevator, Lorenzo and Daniele helped us to carry the luggage to the door. The also kindly introduced the neighborhood for us. There was also a laundry store about 120m away. 8 would tatly stay with them again! :)

Clean room, welcoming host

Good location. You can take the bus from Florence SMN station, just a 5 min journey, or you can walk to the hotel. The host is nice and welcoming. Comfy bed and clean room. Easy to get to the attractions and restaurants nearby. Be noted that there is no escalator so you have to carry your luggage yourself for 3 floors. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel is extremely well located and it is very much worth it at this price. We had a few minor issues (most notably that the light in the bathroom turns off automatically after a few seconds, including during showers), but this may have been specific to our room.

Hotel muito bom, a equipe sempre foi prestativa, cheguei fora do horário de funcionamento da recepção mas prontamente me responderam com os códigos de acesso pra entrar no hotel, quarto confortável, grande e ainda tinha um terraço só pra mim. Banheiro bem equipado com todos os acessórios. Guarda-roupa com cabide e Cozinha com fogão, microondas, cafeteira (e eles deixam de brinde cápsulas e biscoitos). A cama era perfeita e a iluminação excelente com muitos espelhos. A única observação é que viajei só e achei a rua bem deserta principalmente a noite então não me sentia segura pra sair e chegar só.

Terrible Room

Our stay was less than expected. The room was very small, nowhere to put luggage, the bathroom was horrible with the sink actually being in the bed area. The room did not match pictures and we found the accommodations were terrible for the price paid.
