Francesco was amazing from the time of booking with giving restaurant recommendations and the easy online checkin. Communicated everyday for options for breakfast and provided everything we needed would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Hotel was clean and so was the room and very easy to get around in the area.

Everything was perfect! The room has all the necessary amenities, the staff are very polite and helpful, and the location is incredible, as it's close to the centre, so you can walk everywhere. I'll definitely be back soon!

TheWheels Florence Hotel was a fantastic stay – the location is perfect, walking distance to all the main sites and for exploring the city. The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Francesco was amazing, I wanted to be his best friend as soon as I met him. He was very responsive and accommodating when I had questions on public transportation and needed a taxi when I left. Traveling alone as a female I would definitely recommend this place, it was so clean, easy to get into and very walkable. Extremely easy to get to from the airport (about a 6 minute walk from the train). All in all I would give it a 10/10 and hope I can visit again in the future :).

Really nice stay in the “premium” bedroom; although all the rooms look lovely. Really great conservation and interior design effort from Francesco, the incredibly friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was really delicious - simple; hearty; great ingredients. Our only minor quibble would be the firmness of the mattresses - but everything else was great. It’s Italy, so naturally a bit of flexibility goes a long way. Awesome location, walkable for those who like to do so - and means you are away from the busy central epicentre at night and also that you can go “round” the city on ether side for other locations. A perfect choice for those wanting to get away from faceless corporate hotels and no-help options of airbnb.

We had a great stay at TheWheels Florence! The room and facilities overall are nice and fresh, and the location is great (10min walk to Duomo). Really price worthy! Only small minus was the location on the first floor, which otherwise didn't disturb at all but as the window in our room was towards the street, in the night when people are walking past it might wake you up.

Our stay at this bed and breakfast was nothing short of perfect. The location couldn't have been better — right in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the entire place was kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided amazing recommendations for sightseeing and local restaurants — all of which were spot on. This B&B truly made our Florence experience unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and would absolutely stay here again.

Francesco was a wonderful host. He kept us well informed and responded promptly when I had questions. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. For breakfast, we had a tasty ham and cheese omlet one day and a bagel with salmon and avocado another day. The self serve coffee maker was a nice touch for an early morning cup of cappuccino. Everything was close and within walking distance even to the train station. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this B&B. Thank you Francesco for your warm hospitality and making us feel at home.

If you want the full artistic experience being in the city of Renaissance arts, this is where you must stay. This is a fantastic boutique BnB style property tastefully converted from a classic old world apartment in Florence. What makes this place different is in its stunning interior design (especially the bathrooms) and the layout of the rooms offer a bit more privacy than most other BnBs! Each room comes with a stocked minibar and comfortable beds, which is unlike usual European mattresses known to be hard. Excellent rainshower bathroom and towel heater! Moreover, hot breakfast is prepared on-site by the host with pastries, coffee, juice, etc. The location is extremely convenient to the airport just a 5-minute walk to a T2 tram stop that takes approx. 30 minutes to the airport and less than 2 euros. Easy walk to all the main sights of Florence, and excellent local trattorias nearby to beat tourist traps. Wonderful communication from the host via WhatsApp prior to the trip offering detailed access instructions. Super easy to locate and self check-in. Overall a very pleasant stay for the value, happy to recommend to all visitors who will treat this property with the respect it deserves!

Highly highly recommend. The hotel is small and intimate in a residential area away from the touristy chaos. I couldn't find the check in instructions so sent a message via expedia and the owner Francesco called me within minutes with instructions. Very soft pillows, great hair dryer, tea, espresso and snacks provided 24/7. Anddd, aside from a cute breakfast pastry buffet, Francesco cooks each guest pre-selected breakfast meals (I got the veggie omelet both mornings), and is present to answer any questions re travel or suggested restaurants, bars, etc. Will definitely stay again when visiting Florence.
