Large apartment at the attic floor of an historical Palace of the Renaissance time, with elevator and doorman and a large terrace facing two beautiful gardens. Placed in the central area of San Niccolò which is a lively area at a few meters from Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and from the historical centre of Florence.

Large apartment (1700sqft. + terrace) made of:
•Large dining room
•Living room with tv set and wi-fi
•3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 both ways).

We had a wonderful week long stay at the apartment! It is just as the photos in the listing present it. The host was excellent - good communication, responsive, prompt and friendly. Oh, and true to their word too - they even made a special return trip to the apartment to give us 1 worth of change from the city tax that we paid at check in. The apartment is clean, spacious, well appointed and the location is great - a very short walk to the city center yet just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. A nice property with a nice host!

Florence Gem

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect and serene. The terrace overlooked a beautiful garden, where we spent a lot of time drinking spritz or reading a book. The apartment was spacious, extremely organized and clean. It was walking distance to amazing restaurants, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge and river. Our host Cristina was lovely! We will absolutely stay there again!

Best stay ever

I’ve stayed at dozens of rentals but this was by far the best. It was like staying and a friend or family members home while they are away. It was roomy, beautiful, and just so comfortable. Antonio was also so nice and helpful. Best stay ever. Make sure to spend time in the neighborhood.

Beautiful Florence Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious apartment while we were in Florence before our son's wedding. The apartment was on a lovely, quiet street, and plenty of space for our family of five.The hosts Cristina and Antonio were very responsive and informative leading up to and during our stay. We had one small issue arise that was resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment for a family or group stay, and would definitely rent from Antonio and Cristina again in the future.

Location is perfect and the apartment is great for a family of 5. Very spacious and really pretty terrace. The only problem we encountered during our 10 day stay was the water was turned off for 24 hours and not communicated to us and so that was unfortunate as we had spent a long day in Cinque Terre and we were all pretty dirty and had to go to bed in that condition as well as had to run out super late to find water to brush our teeth and wash up as best as we could. Although we know management could not control city work they should be responsible for communicating and providing alternative measures to the guest when something like this arises.

Excellent spot to explore Florence

Cristina is a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with and the check in process is easy. The apartment is appointed with everything you need. The location is quiet and away from the tourists but also close to the stairs for Piazza Michelangelo. I highly recommend this property and host!

Picturesque Accommodations in Florence

This property was the perfect fit for our extended family trip to Florence. The apartment is spacious and beautiful with a lovely terrace that we enjoyed at all times of day and evening. Perfecto!

We loved this apartment! Perfect for us and our 3 teenage daughters. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was great, nice to be on the quiet side of the river and the terrace overlooking the park was our favorite part. Antonio and Cristina were really lovely and helpful. We hope to come back soon.

Wonderful stay in Florence

The apartment was beautiful - spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, and spotless. The terrace looking over the Bardini Gardens was lovely. There are shops and restaurants within an easy walk, and the Uffizi is just across the Arno. We all loved our stay.

Absolutely Perfect

We loved our stay. Here for 5 nights with our 4 18-24 year old kids. Property was beautiful, views were amazing. We had everything we needed and we were very close to all tourist sites, restaurants, gelato and the grocery store. Fantastic quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with a view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is gorgeous and the space is clean and large. We would have liked being able to have access to Netflix on the television, but otherwise it was nice. The location is also ideal for walking to local sites and many different restaurants that we thought were great.

5 wonderful nights in Florence

Our family of 6, all adults, had a wonderful time in Florence. Cristina and Antonio were amazing hosts. Our transfers to and from the train station were prompt and made arrival and departure days easier. Location was great— close to major sites in the city and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Cristina helped arrange a wonderful day trip to visit Siena, San Gimignano, and a winery. Our driver and tour guide were both delightful and made for a truly special day. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to Florence.

Lux Apartment and Warm Host

Cristina and Antonio provided us an unbelievable home away from home for our time in Florence. The spacious and lux apartment located in a quiet neighborhood allowed convenient access to everything you want to see and do but, more importantly, allowed for escape from the commotion of the city. All communication from Cristina was timely, accurate, and helpful, before and during the stay. We appreciated especially the in-person welcome we received at the apartment. Her recommendations in the welcome book were helpful, as were the suggestions she made via text. We have great hopes of returning to this gracious apartment with a generous host. Comfortable stay with a few hiccups

Spent 5 nights (party of 4 adults) at Very Large Apartment in Florence. Apartment is spacious, full of character, wifi good. The apartment was mostly quiet except when other residents were noisy or their dog barked (not within the control of the host) which sometimes impacted sleeping. Found the layout a bit haphazard. The main bedroom has an ensuite & is spacious. To access a bathroom from the 2nd bedroom you have to walk down the hall past the main bedroom. The step up to the toilet within the 2nd bathroom is a little tricky if you are using the bathroom in the middle of the night in semi darkness. The 3rd bathroom is narrow & usable. The kitchen, 3rd bedroom, lounge & dining are located on a higher level, accessed by around 6 steps. All bathrooms are located on the lower level of the apartment. While we were in Florence it rained, on and off, every day & night. If was raining, it was overcast. Without a dryer we had continually damp towels (1 towel per person provided ) & requested a replacement. The host declined our request for a change of towels which was disappointing. The host suggested that in order to dry the towels we put an airconditioner on heat in one of the bedrooms & dry them on the rack. Watch out for mozzies as despite keeping the doors and windows closed the entire time & progressively killing mozzies during our stay, I still woke to mozzies buzzing around my face on our last morning.

Quiet, beautiful, perfect!

I cannot overstate just how wonderful our stay in Florence was at this incredible property. It is in an ideal location, just across the River from all the sites in Florence, just a short stroll from the Ponte Vechio. What we loved most was the blissful quiet as the apartment opens to a park and is located in the back of the building so every window opens to the park or the interior courtyard, so there is virtually no street noise. As the owner described when I asked “all you hear are birds and bells”. The apartment is very large and well furnished and the kitchen is well outfitted for cooking if you wish. Even though it was November for our stay, one sunny morning we made a big breakfast, put on sweaters, and dined on the terrace with the beautiful view of the park. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a visit to Florence! We will be back.

Absolutely Beautiful

The building was in a great location for walking to sights or just roaming the historical streets for the ambiance, as well as for cafe's and shopping. The apartment was very large and very clean, as well as decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked for cooking and eating. Our patio offered a beautiful layered view over the park and was used from early morning to late at night, with the use of the awning when it rained. Our hostess met us on time and provided additional information about the area, always quick to answer our questions.
