Jacqueline was a great host and very responsive to our request for early check-in and delayed check-out. The apartment looks like the photos posted on VRBO and has beautiful views of Firenze. However, it lacked some basic supplies we normally expect in VRBO accommodations, such as paper towels, dish towels, coffee, sugar, etc. The apartment would merit a higher rating if these small things were provided.

A lot of miscommunication as we approached the time of staying at the residence. wonderful location. Plenty of room. Nice accommodations and a beautiful view from all windows. if it didn’t play coast tension, the shower would leak and spray water all over the floor because it looks like there’s a seal that needs to be replaced on the shower door that keeps the water from going onto the floor. I’m all restaurants good in the area. very good in the area. The wine shop/restaurant at the bottom of the stairs was exceptional..

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and extremely well-located. Before arriving and on arrival, Jacqueline was quick to respond and very helpful. Arrival and greeting was all great.Perhaps she had a family emergency or something, but multiple messages to Jacqueline during our stay received no response. Fortunately, there was no emergency and I presume this is very unusual given other guests' comments.Overall, the apartment is very good and comfortable.

Charming apartment with stunning views

The apartment is spacious, well appointed, comfortable and with excellent air conditioning. The views are simply stunning, but this does come at a cost - it is up a steep hill and with several stairs. Beware of the lock on the front door. Just pull the door shut, don't key lock it. This may result in a broken key for which you will be charged.

Communication was poor. I tried contacting host 3 hours prior to check in since I had not heard anything. She replied back only asking what time we checked in. I told her 14:00. We heard nothing back. Tried 2-3 more times with no response. Called VRBO and they could not reach her either. After standing outside apartment 45 minutes, she replied her assistant would be there in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, she arrived. Our 1st trip out, the key broke in door so we were outside again for another hour waiting for a new key. They need to explain the process to guests.Apartment was clean and nice location with good AC. Washer not working properly but think it was previous guest plugging it up by not using it properly.The dryer is just a drying rack, not machine. If you cannot climb stairs or steep hills, this is not a good place. We enjoyed the walking though. 20 minute walk from train station, taxis are hard to get in this area so you may need to go down the hill and call to meet one.Overall, communication was bad but we enjoyed our stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again because we wasted 2 hours on our first day just trying to get inside.

Appartement conforme à la description. Proche du centre ville, avec une très belle vue (lever du soleil magnifique !)Remise des clefs ponctuelles. Par contre un petit investissement dans une machine à café serait fort souhaitable ! On reviendra quand même !

die Fewo hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist gut ausgestattet. Aber die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht. Wir hatten im Vorfeld 4 mal angefragt, ob wir für einen Tag verlängern können, immer ohne Antwort. Beim Checkin kam verspätet eine Freundin, die nur Italiensich und Spanisch sprach. Aber es hat alle so weit geklappt.
