"The room itself was very clean and well laid out. But the king size bed was terrible. It had been slepped in so many times that it was nothing but a hole in the middle and way too soft for comfortable sleeping. The pillows were way too large, and elevated the neck so much that I had to sleep without the pillows."

"Have stayed here before. Entry door to room was very tight. Went to front desk and was told I had to put my shoulder into it. I am almost 72 and I literally had to charge through the door like a football player to get it open. This is not easy several times a day. Toilet seat was very loose, badly needs repair. Breakfast offerings not as plentiful as my last trip here. Hotel did not seem that busy. Not sure if I will return here. "

"The staff was Friendly.The room and the property was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves at the indoor pool,while I enjoyed a quick workout in the gym next to the pool.My only gripe is that,the sink by the bathroom had a slow drain.I loved the location of the property also,near the Mall and restaurants.I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"Rooms were filthy and barely cleaned, with graffiti on mirror, and cigarette burn holes in blanket. It was loud and room smelled of burning drugs and cigarettes from next door. Very unsafe, very unclean. Not worth it at all"

"Property appeared new but was not well maintained. Noted stained/frayed carpets in room and hallways. Broken shelf in room. Broken shelf in bathroom. Scuffed and nicked walls and moldings in room and hallways. Animal odor in hallway."
