“The room was so gross. It smelled like wet rag the entire time I was there. Pictures on Google and Expedia are deceiving. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom floors were sticky, the towels were terrible and we ended up not even using the shower because of how disgusting it looked and got a room somewhere else. “The room was beautiful and clean. The staff at check-in and all through my visit was exceptional and so friendly. The only complaint I would have would be the outside trash cans were full for the four days I was there. They never were emptied once. And the hallway had a large fan that went all day and all night. I’m not sure if they were trying to dry up carpeting or what the purpose of it was for. And then lastly, they piled all the laundry in the hallways while they were cleaning. Nothing……
