We were given a handicapped room and it was a mess trying to babe little kids with out a tub. All the water came out like a flood. No ledge on the shower floor. No help from staff either. "

I asked the staff because my food was delivered and the guest stole it and walked fast to avoid detection, to go to her room and see that one of the orders said my name. They did nothing, they owe me $44."
