Welcome! This is our little paradise in Florianópolis! Close to Mozambique beach, which is the most beautiful for us. Surfers beach, trails beach, peace beach, nature and contemplation. A special place for special people.

My space is close to parks, art and culture, beautiful scenery, beach and restaurants and meals. You will love my space because of the people, the environment, the outdoor area and the neighborhood. My space is good for couples, individual adventures and business travelers.

The highlights of this inviting, spacious, airy and bright space are:
1 double bed with orthopedic mattress, 32 led tv with HDMI input and access to NETFLIX and you TUBE, split air conditioning, spacious bathroom and small kitchen.

Other amenities include a medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, cutlery and glasses.

We provide bed linen and towels.

Studio Esmeralda is on the ground floor.

You will have access to your house and bathroom and all areas outside the house.
If you are traveling by motorcycle, we have space in the covered garage.
