"What a great place, and nicer than other places we’ve stayed! Everything was very clean and consistent with the description online. I love the grassy back lawn right on the ocean it’s like the best of both worlds! We used the bikes to ride through a state park across the street and also had nice walks exploring the beach with my dog Luke. It was very convenient to be able to use the dog crate on the property. Our host Brian communicated well and was prompt with responses! We felt very comfortable and welcomed…I would / will definitely stay here again! B&H"

"Amazing experience!! We loved everything about the house and its location! We started our days with short walks to the beach to catch the stunning sunrises (even saw a family of dolphins playing one morning!). We ended them with sitting on the porch swing to catch the peaceful sunsets. In between, we loved using the pool, going on bike rides around the neighborhood, and simply relaxing. Our last night, we all sat by the firepit, and started planning our next trip back. We all truly had great time. There is something here for everyone! This property is well maintained and the house is fully equipped. Alina was wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond with any questions and always pleasant. Check in and check out were both seamless. I highly recommend - 10 out of 10! "

"If you are looking for a big beautiful home near the beach, this is it! In an area with the “real Florida” feel that is not commercialized with quaint restaurants and cafes, this is the place to be. The Washington Oaks state Park (walking distance) is stunning and a definite must see! Steps away, the beach is beautiful and not crowed or busy."

"The property was great, we had 10 people in our stay and the house and grounds was plenty big enough, never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers some at the same times Super close and easy access to the beach along with plenty of of chairs and umbrellas to use! We stayed in late April and opted to use the heat for pool and spa, which was a good choice as it did get a little chilly/windy a few of the evenings. Highly recommend this place and Alina the property manager I was in contact with was very friendly, extremely responsive and seemed genuinely concerned that our stay be pleasant and enjoyable. Which it absolutely was!"

"This property is the absolute perfect spot for a beach trip. The beach is right down the street, easily walkable, the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. The house has ample parking, the space inside is beautifully decorated, the mattresses are extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels available. The shed in the back had a wagon and chairs. The back yard has great seating options. We felt like w head so much privacy. We did bring our dog, having the fenced in area was great, brining him to the beach was amazing, having an outdoor spot to clean off ourselves and the dog before going into the house was a blessing. The owner communicates very well, check in and out directions are extremely clear and easy. Thank you for hosting us and providing such a wonderful spot for our beach trip. "

"We loved our stay at Sea Horse Haven! It was so close to Matanzas Inlet and the beach and we walked to both every day. It was also VERY pet-friendly - we could let the dogs run free outside without having to worry about them at all since the entire property is double-gated. Decor was adorable, and house had everything we needed. Short easy drive to both the great restaurants and entertainment of St. Augustine as well as shopping and beaches in the Hammock areas south of the rental. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay here and the house was beautiful. There is an ocean view from the upper balconies. Our only negative was the shower pressure in all bathrooms…I ended up having to take a bath to wash sand off of me."
