「Absolutely breathtaking! I couldn’t get enough of the views. Sunrises were beautiful and to watch the storms rolling across the water was definitely a sight to see! The house had everything you needed and was super relaxing! We will definitely be back! The host was also super responsive which makes this home even better! Thank you for a wonderful week! 」

「Perfect location. Great receptionist. Very easy to check-in. Room was okay. Old furniture w shaky dinning chairs. Bathroom was old and curtains had mold. Overall, it could’ve been a little more cleaner w updated furnitures but we enjoyed the stay. View was great. 」

「The rooms and views are beautiful!! The staff at the front desk were very friendly. It is nice that they offer free beach chairs and umbrellas to guests on their private beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. Also great to have a kitchen area and washer and dryer for longer stays. We will definitely stay here again!! 」

「What a truly hidden gem. This property is amazing. I can not wait to get back. Right on the river. This was the perfect place to be. We went simming right off the back dock. Kayaks were in great shape and easy to just launch right out your back door. I can go on and on about this house. The large screened in porch was amazing for movies and people watching. 「Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! 」

「This is my second time staying here and will always come back. The room is always clean and comfortable. The husband and wife that run it are so nice and friendly along with knowledgable of the area. 」

「The staff was most welcoming. We were scheduled to arrive after office hours so they called us with instructions on how to enter our room. Parking can be tricky but as long as everyone follows the pattern, it's fine. The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice and well kept. They have everything from bicycles to spare coolers and even beach combing gear for guests to borrow daily. We enjoyed our stay at the Venice Villas very much. 」
