This is a great hotel and did not have any problems discussed in the negative reviews. If you are planning a trip to Venice Beach give this property a try you will be glad you did..Next time we are in the area will are staying here again.」

Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. 「Owner communicated well. A little of a hassle that we scheduled everything around check in at 3 but it wasn’t until 4 and we didn’t find out until check in instructions were sent. The front door squeaked terribly. The shower barely spit water out of the faucet. The beach was a good bit from 23 and it was about half way between the pool and the beach. The beds were not great. Both sank in the middle. Fridge didn’t really cool well. Coffee pot not a kuerig so don’t get the pods. The beach was a...
