“Beautiful property! The staff was wonderful! We did have a small issue with housekeeping, there is a room service tray left by our front door upon check-in from prior guest and not picked up for two days. Also, we had asked for additional towels that never came. We will definitely be back though, as the location and resort itself is wonderful.”

“Just an amazing week away. Resort clean. Could find a lounge chair under an umbrella even around noon time which was a nice treat. With 5 pools, you don’t have to get up at 7 to save a spot. Loved the hammocks and watching the sun set. Food is ok - very pricy. ”

“Nice location close to Duval St, small but nice beach and beach cafe, 3 pools, southernmost point, etc. My only complaints about the hotel are that they do not have enough lounge chairs for the pools and everyone gets up early to reserve a spot, the tv satellite service is awful, and the front desk is ”

“Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. ”
