“Wonderful”

“This condo was just perfect for us. It was unexpectedly filled with amenities! Very comfortable and clean. Great view of the Gulf. Great location near everything. WiFi reception was not the best.Spotty at Best. Also the outdoor pool was closed because of construction so be sure to inquire if your a pool user.The company providing beach chairs and umbrellas surprised us 1st day by not letting us put up our umbrella. No not anywhere. We were told the HOA at Sundestin set this rule. This was……

“Owner was a pleasure to work with. Very good communication. We felt safe. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. It had a great location. We enjoyed our time and would be happy to rent this condo again sometime.”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

“I’ll start with the good- it was the perfect spot for us for vacation. The property was very clean and had plenty for us to do. We walked to the water and played in the pool and stopped for ice cream a couple times. The setup was great! The mattress however was awful. I felt like I was sleeping in hole- mostly because I was. So that part was definitely a let down. I didn’t rest well the entire trip but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would likely go back again one day! ”

“This condo was the perfect location. We went during spring break and the beach was amazing with no crowds with only a short walk (2 min walk). The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). We did have to reach out to management upon arrival but they were great to work with and friendly. We rented one of the condo units, while another family we came with rented unit. We plan to come back again!”

“There were a number of condos shown in the photos so we didn’t know which one we were going to get but the place was cozy. Had a Roku remote but just basic cable so that kinda sucked but whatever, you’re on vacation. Place was clean and the security was super cool. ”

“We loved the place, it was very clean and really close to the beach. The checking in and checking out process was very easy. Also, the place is very close to many restaurants and stores, we didn’t have to drive very far. You can even walk to the stores and restaurants if you want to. The only thing I would recommend changing it would be the beds, they were not very comfortable. Other then that everything was great 👍”

“Great location. Off the main drag just enough to be calm and mostly quiet. Excellent beach access and super easy check in and parking. We would stay here again.”

“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during……

“Very nice place to stay! Customer service was great, anytime we needed anything they were on it! Very clean area. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! ”

“There was an issue with the room and the frond desk attendance was rude and not willing to help. Blame Expedia and I had to escalate to management to be able to get a satisfactory solution.”

“Good value for the price. Older and certainly in need of updating. It’s not perfect, but good enough if you want a beautiful water view. Staff were very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend getting the premium rooms right off the elevator. They’re like a small apartment. Full kitchen, huge counter, kitchen table and living area. Large balcony was great! Definitely worth the extra money! ”
