“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“Our family booked this two-bedroom room. The space is large and clean. I like the fireplace and flooring. It has a kitchen for dining and is more convenient for taking care of the children. It is close to the lake and is a perfect choice in summer! Worth coming back”

“Modern, clean & comfortable in a central location. Parking was an extra cost, but worth it to have our car in a secure area, It was very handy to have cooking, washing & drying facilities. The traffic noise was a little noisy at times during the night, but the earphones we were provided with assisted us greatly with getting a good night's sleep.”

“Great location for access to lifts and resort amenities. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Sylvia was nice and available to help resolve issues. The main downside of this unit is the bedroom is right up against the staff service elevators and staff supply room, it gets noisy starting at 6am and continues through the day. “We did not receive any information about check in until arrival. Peyton was helpful and explained due to a scheduling error they had to "upgrade" us to a different unit. I received instructions via a phone call about how to check in. She walked me through the process and abruptly hung up. “The inn was nice. The kids slept on sofa bed which was in other room. Bathroom in between. Spacious. Beautiful balcony. Nice amenities. Played a little ping pong, shuffleboard, and Pac man with the kids. 2 out of the three arcade games turn on. They only sort of work but still fun. Nice clubroom with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom close to swimming area. One hotub was open one night and closed the other. Didn't get a chance to use it. “For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that.”
