「酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。」

「Been traveling cross country with the family for the last 10 days and Lake Tahoe was one of our stops. Found this place by chance (and great price in the area) and this was far by the best place we have stayed in by far. The 2B had enough room for my family and it was so clean and comfortable. Felt like staying in a little rustic cabin which fits the area perfectly. Short walk to the lake. Heated pool which was nice for the kids since it was still a little chilly. And this was the best night...

「Very spacious 1500 sqft 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the top floor with a vaulted ceiling. North Star is super quiet in early June and there was barely anyone walking about. Many of the shops/restaurants are closed so the "vibe" is kind of dead. But to visit the lake and relax, this was a perfect time to visit. Only 1 elevator for the building would be frustrating in busy times. Parking lot beneath the building. Small gym hot tub on 2nd floor. Close to the ski lift. Nice deep bath tub in one...

「I love this place. I grew up camping in South Tahoe/ Fallen Leaf Lake and my family has been visiting Tahoe since the 1920s. There is something special about this place that makes it both awe-inspiring and relaxed. Being able to stay at this house is such a joy — I hope everyone who visits will treasure it and treat it with care. It is a true Tahoe family lake house.」
