“Enjoyed the facility. Easy check-in. Great breakfast. Hospitality associates for breakfast, bar/restaurant and lobby area, inside and outside pool and spa. pools were cold but spa was warm but small. Gym-several types of equipment. All areas use your room key to access including elevators. Pleasant atmosphere. Strive to make your stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds, in room temp control, huge facility. All types of eateries and shopping all around hotel. Easy access to I-85. Plan to return very……

“The place is gorgeous a bit tighter than expected but we’re a big family so that’s on us. But the lake was comforting in a time when we were looking for something to help us relax. I was very happy with how communicative the landlord was. House has a ton of towels and all the appliances you could need. Saw a few deer in the mornings. Would absolutely stay again in the future. If you’re on the fence, don’t be afraid, it’s a great place to allow yourself some peace.”

“The hallway smelled of weed, the bathroom door would not close, there were cockroaches everywhere, the mini fridge would not close because of a build up of ice. It was an older hotel and it has not been updated or maintained. It was disgusting.”

“There were roaches in my room, and what apppeard to be rat droppings. The bathroom had pubic hair in tub and on toilet seat upon first arring. Housecleaners were asleep on benches infront of elevator.”

“Hotel pics used for advertising is of a newer one - not this hotel. Elevators were grubby, handprints everywhere with sticky floors. No vending machines and pics show a stocked spot to purchase drinks - nothing stocked here!! Beds had no blankets what was on there was considered a throw. No extras provided in rooms. No one attended the front desk for 20+ mins when going down to ask for assistance in the evening. There were stains in the floors in multiple spots. Phone was unplugged in the room.……
