Great accommodations in Fly Creek!!

We had a great stay in the Farmhouse. It was very clean and close to the parks and Main Street. The host was friendly and easily accessible, if needed. Everything is in the house, laundry, games, kitchen, linens, utensils, etc. and there is an amazing fire pit in back which we also enjoyed one night. Property is huge and so pretty! I highly recommend staying here when travelling to Cooperstown.

Location and cleanliness was absolutely amazing and the house was perfect.

The Farm house was amazing. Our 12 year old son played at Cooperstown Dream Park and staying this close was fantastic. The house is absolutely beautiful. Fly Creek is also located right down the street and is a gem. I would definitely recommend if you are coming to Cooperstown for any reason.

Perfect house on an incredibly beautiful piece of property

I take a group of guys to Cooperstown to play on Doubleday field, and have for several years now. This house was perfect for us, and in a great location, just a short, scenic and beautiful, drive from Cooperstown. House has everything you need, inside and outside, for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

June 27th - July 3rd Dreams Park

This property was in a great location for access to field and town. The house was very well keep and plenty of space for 4-6 people. I would recommend the Farmhouse at anyone!! The owners were extremely accommodating as well.

Old House - has all you need

Short 10 minute drive to CDP. House is very clean, but old. Wifi works great and house has everything you'll need to cook or do laundry. Not extremely private, as you're on top of the house next door. If you like fishing, bring a fishing pole, as there's nice fishing on the property. Owners were very responsive.

Cooperstown visit

Awesome place. We only stayed for a couple days but the house was very clean. It has anything/everything we needed. House has a lot of old character to it. The owner is next door, suggested restaurants for us, and responded quickly to any texts with any questions I had. Future guests: Try New York Pizzeria! Also upstate bar/grille was very good too.

Great location for Cooperstown and wonderful property manager

The property was beautiful and in a perfect spot close enough to Dreams Park and Cooperstown, but just out of town to enjoy the peaceful country life! The host family were amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. Mornings and evenings, we saw deer, turkeys, and rabbits! The guys went fishing on the small pond. The kids ran around playing wiffle ball. The wives sat around the fire pit. The water stayed hot for all of us to take showers (that’s important) and there was enough space for everyone to hang out in the living room and dining area. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Beautiful property

We had a great time at the Farmhouse. The property is absolutely breathtaking, rolling hills and tons of space for whiffle ball, a pond where the kids spent lots of time fishing, a large area to sit around the fire pit where the kids enjoyed some s'mores. Woke up early every morning just to enjoy the views and wildlife. The property was a short 10 minute drive to Dreams Park which was perfect being that my son got sick late one night and we had to pick him up at about 1am. There was also a beautifully maintained walking path to the local Fly Creek Cider Mill which we all loved and visited multiple times during our stay. The hosts were very accommodating, needed additional fishing poles, next thing you know those extra poles were on the back patio. Needed additional bedding, it showed up while we were at a game. And just as you would expect having that small town feeling, as we were enjoying a nice dinner in downtown Cooperstown, which was only about 5 minutes away, we were talking to our friends about the property that we were staying at, and a nice gentleman at the tabe next to us asked where we were staying. Just so happened to be our hosts enjoying an evening out themselves. We thanked them for their hospitality and also for allowing me to have our coaches gifts that I had procrastinated ordering, be sent directly to their home and they were placed on the kitchen counter upon arrival. The house was indeed built in 1825 and still has some of its 200 year old charm. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Cooperstown/Fly Creek. The weather was perfect sweater weather and it was an amazing trip that we will never forget. Thanks for the memories that we will cherish forever.

Awesome stay in this well equipped spacious home in a beautiful setting

My family and I totally enjoyed our time in this clean, comfortable and well equipped home. It had plenty of room for our family with lots of space for indoor and outdoor activities. The location was very convenient to all things Cooperstown!! We enjoyed the spacious property and the fire pit! Thanks to this family, providing such wonderful home

Pastoral and Peaceful

We truly enjoyed our stay at the 1825 Farmhouse! It is a very short drive into town and the property on which it is situated is beautiful! The house itself was very clean and the kitchen was well appropriated with utensils and cookware and updated appliances.The beds were comfortable. We did not use the fire pit but it is a nice touch, surrounded by open fields. The owner was close by and very hospitable. I definitely recommend this site, especially for large families or groups.

Spacious Farm House perfect for a family or other group

Spacious, comfortable, very well furnished restored farm house just outside of Cooperstown. Lots of room indoors, and a huge inviting backyard area with an awesome fire pit. Perfect place for a family or group to utilize. Beautiful house in a beautiful area!
