"For a visit in the dead of winter, parking was a breeze nearby(street parking, likely no enforcement of 4 hour limit in effect in summer). A good year-round (!!) restaurant/brewery right across the street. For a low price, I was surprised to be given Room 3, the Nashua suite, which has 3 bedrooms for just me! Only downside-bathroom was freezing cold. Major construction is going on RIGHT next door, so check that situation first if you’re not an early riser (eg 7 am). I happened upon a very kind staff person onsite who was walking in and let me in when the Open Key app didnt work for me. Thank God for that! I was calling the phone number, but it was so much better having a live person there. and she have me physical cardkeys for both inside and outside doors. The two other times I stayed at places without anyone there for checkin (in Cornwall, England) I also had a hard time getting in-one had misleading direction for the correct address and gate to find the keypad). So I dont recommend this kind of remote checkin for elders or others who might be technophobes. "

"Great location, originally booked for 2pp, ended up with 4pp, which was a little tight for the space. Minor issues with thermostat and broken towel rack. Would definitely rebook if i come back with 2pp."

"IMy husband and I rented this studio. It is a very cute place, nicely decorated but it is smaller than it appears online. It would be better for 1 person. Pros: it is very cute. It’s walking in distance to the Ferry and Circuit Ave. The neighborhood is walkable. Cons: It has a cheap & sagging mattress. There is no closet & no place for hanging clothes other than a few hooks around the room. The dresser is only approx 8-10” deep so the 3 drawers won’t hold much. 2/3 of the dresser shelves are filled with boxes. The outdoor table & chair set is rusty so we didn’t utilize that. The place was stuffy so we had to keep the ceiling fan on. The A/C did not have a heating option but that was quickly resolved when a space heater was provided. FYI, the coffee pot does not use pods. Although towels were provided, there were only 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 4 bath towels. I would have preferred 4 washcloths & only 2 bath towels. "

"Spacious funky loft with lots of room to be together. We were two middle-aged couples and four adult kids, and the space worked well with no kid having to share a bed. If we had younger/smaller children, or another couple we could easily have fit more. We loved the deck and yard and outdoor shower, the big bright kitchen and location so close to town. A very welcoming home with lots of personality!"

"We aren't sure where the previous reviews came from. But, our experience was not the same. The host communicated the entry information the week before we arrived and the directions were clear. We attempted to communicate with the host via text, email and through vrbo to ask if we could drop our luggage off arly. But we never received any replies.The apartment is located within walking distance of the ferries, shopping and dining in Oaks Bluff. It looks like it has been recently remodeled as far as flooring, cabinets, etc. We have come to expect a level of convenience when staying at vrbo locations. They include bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, pots and pans, and cleanliness. The apartment had two (2) old bath towels, no wash cloths, no kitchen hand towels, no pots and pans, the microwave and stove had no electric power and it appeared this was normal as the gas/propane stovetop had matches sitting next to it to light the burners. The refrigerator notification of water filter change was overdue. The description lists this property as able to host 4 people. The couch setup for 2 people outside of the one bedroom would not be suitable for adults. Tall children would be hard pressed to be comfortable. The shower water control had no cover between the handle and wall and had plastic taped to the wall to keep water from penetrating the wall. The bottom of the shower curtain was disgusting and covered in mold. We were very disappointed with this property and don't be"
