Cinque Querci, Lucignano

This vacation home with outbuilding, pool and outdoor hot tub for exclusive use is located in Lucignano in the countryside of Arezzo.

The house has a pool with panoramic views of Lucignano. Vacation in this house will allow you to spend pleasant relaxing days and plan trips to Siena, Florence, Arezzo or organize a day in Umbria.

From here you can easily reach Assisi, Perugia or Lake Trasimeno.

The outdoor areas are equipped for outdoor living. The side wing of the villa is accessible via outdoor stairs. The bathrooms have a hairdryer and the bedrooms have a safe. Golf course at 7 km and riding stable at 15 km. For shopping lovers there is a large outlet in Foiano della Chiana (4 km). The house is adjacent to ITA609.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open mid May - mid Oct..

Soggiorno a Foiano della Chiana

Gli spazi esterni della casa sono molto belli e godibili, l'interno molto buio e mal disposto. La cucina minuscola a piano terra non è adeguata per la capienza della casa, inoltre l'annuncio dichiara due pulizie infrasettimanali comprese nel prezzo che non sono state effettuate, senza alcun rimborso da parte della proprietà o dell'agenzia. Inoltre la casa è molto vicina all'autostrada, di notte si può sentire il rumore. Connessione wifi presente solo in salotto e non in tutta la casa. Non ritorneremo.
