“Lit très confortable, chambre très propre, personnel très agréable. Seul bémol, douche vieillotte et manque de place pour poser trousse de toilette. Petit déjeuner très correct et bon”

“The Sure hotel was quaint and clean. The staff were nice and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. The room was a bit small for taller people and the bathroom was tiny. The location was great to walk to the Memorial de can but far away from other restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.”

“Rooms were clean as expected of Novotel brand. I've been to few of them and I must say this particular property felt a bit lower standard than what I experienced in other Novotel property in Asia and US. Rooms A/c were controlled centrally when you want to decrease so we couldn't really enjoy cool room as a family of four. Fridge in the room was inadequate as it will take a while day to cool anything. Water was available on the ground floor so that was good. Breakfast was adequate but not great.……

“Siamo stati bene, camere silenziose, parcheggio gratuito, macchinetta del caffè in camera, ben collegata con il centro città attraverso il T2 e tanti servizi in zona. Apprezzata la formula del menù al ristorante con buona cucina e prezzi contenuti, non abbiamo avuto necessità di cenare altrove. Unica piccola pecca: ci hanno assegnato la camera disabili e spesso per fare la doccia, il bagno si allagava. Personale molto cortese.”

“Great location if you’re looking to go to the castle. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and worth the extra charge. The noise from the streets was extremely loud until about 2 in the morning but all and all a good place to stay for a quick stop over.”

“We stayed here only for sleep. It's an ordinary hotel located at the outskirt of Caen. Room was clean and cozy, and they supplies breakfast. There's parking lot for guests.(free) And the price was super cheap. Totally recommended if you just want to take a rest from a long drive.”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“Camera pulita , tuttavia esageratamente piccola . Non c’è la possibilità di portare in camera il bagaglio a meno di non metterlo sotto al letto . Il lavandino del bagno è talmente piccolo che non si riesce a lavarsi nemmeno i denti .”
