「Overall it was a really great stay. Clean and exactly what we needed. It close to the beach. A bit of a walk to the town (not super long...12 to 15 min) and parking there was very hard without paying a pretty penny. Many people had golf carts and that seemed like it might have been helpful or a bike or scooter would have been great. No parking issues with that. The house was great. A great beach house...very "beach bungalow" feel. Good spaces, plenty of room for 4-6. Great bedrooms. ...

「We really loved this place! It was a quick walk to east 5th public access beach. A good walk to town also. Our dog was comfy there and so were we. If you bring a dog, go to Rita’s because they have a dog menu」

「The house was exactly as advertised. Three bedrooms and plenty of space right across the road in about two houses down was the walkway to the beach. It was super fast and very convenient. We walked every night to the restaurants as they were about two blocks away first time at Folly Beach and I would rent this house again.」

「Absolutely first-rate property on Folly! The unit was sparkling clean, finishes were high-quality and up-to-date, the unit had what we weren't able to lug along on our long flight, and communication from Sam & Katt was helpful and timely. Restaurants were an easy walk but far enough away that we couldn't hear them at night. We were just steps from the beach. My last week at Folly was in 1968...I think I'll try to return sooner this time. I'd happily stay in another of their properties...

Although the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay, the host was incredibly attentive and quick to get someone there to fix the problem. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!
