You cannot get a better view and ocean front experience! This cute beach house had everything we needed. The fourth bedroom had no egress without going through another room which is better for kids than a girls trip but it was fine. Bathroom is tight but I would keep the washer which was convenient. Water pressure amazing! Beds pretty good and area quiet. Owner quite pleasant and right nextdoor.

This was the perfect house and location for our vacation. We were right on the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our time here!

Great beach access and ocean views. Kitchen and linens were well stocked. Ample seating in living room and dining area with an updated feel. All bedrooms were downstairs with one being accessed through 2 other bedrooms. Downstairs bathrooms were not updated, were very small and not layed out well. Not much more than 6” between toilet seat and washing machine which made using bathroom very difficult especially with older adults.

Great almost private beach

Right on beach… not crowded… surfers late in day . Great for family w children that nap. Kids nap while parents on deck or beach very close.

Spring break 2025

Great spot right on the beach. Room configuration a little odd as well as the bathroom situation but decent rooms and showers. Would have liked to have had a colander and beach towels. Please note that the grill is charcoal not gas and bring your own sponge unless you want to do dishes with an 2 by 2 square. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Very clean beach front spot

House itself is a bit dated however everything about the property was as clean or as new as could be. The spot itself also could not be beat. Direct beach front and away from the crowded beaches near the pier. Absolutely would bring my family here again.

3 friends for a girls week beach trip. We had the best view and couldn’t pull ourselves away from the beach. We had the best time just sitting on the deck watching lol the surfers and waves. We met the owner of the property and really enjoyed talking with.

Spectacular Sunrise

Unobstructed ocean view and beach access. Easy check-in. We rented bikes to ride up/down beach during low tide. Recommend walk/bike/drive to the end of the inlet - lighthouse, driftwood, starfish, sand dollars…and lucky to witness a close-up view of a mama and baby dolphin!

Location was really great. Right on beach and away from the crowds. Never once had to get to the beach early to reserve a spot. Communication was great and check-in process was easy. They emailed some information before our stay with a lot of helpful info. The VayK credit was a nice addition. I was worried that it would be loud since it was right next to another unit but we never once heard the people in the unit next to us. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any closets in any of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were very disappointing but at least there was good water pressure. There are only two toilets even though the listing says three. There are two showers and one bathtub without a shower. I can see why they didn’t post any pictures of the downstairs bathrooms. The downstairs bathrooms and the four bedrooms were bunker like and reminded me of church camp. We were hot the entire stay as the air conditioner units just couldn’t keep up.

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, direkt am Meer. Der Hauptraum (oberes Geschoss) ist sehr hübsch mit Blick zu Strand und Meer. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche sind ein gemeinsamer, großer Raum. Zwei schöne Terrassen sind vorhanden. Im unteren Geschoss befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten.Was uns nicht gefallen hat sind die Bäder/Toiletten. Im unteren Geschoss hat es einen kleinen, Raum mit Waschmaschine, Dusche, Waschbecken und Klo. Hier muss man schräg auf die Toilette sitzen, weil man sonst mit den Beinen an der Waschmaschine anstößt. Und das Klo wackelt, da es nicht mehr richtig am Boden befestigt ist. In einem weiteren kleinen Raum im unteren Geschoss hat es eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Diese beiden Räume sind nicht wirklich schön, wirken alt und etwas schäbig.Im oberen Geschoss gibt es noch einen Raum mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Badewanne, man kann die Wanne nicht zum Duschen nutzen, da es keinen Duschvorhang gibt. Dieses Badezimmer ist aber insgesamt schöner. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es hat alles was man braucht. Ein paar Haken in den Schlafzimmern wären toll, so dass man was aufhängen kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit :)
