“It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.”

“This is a beautiful hotel set in the heart of the old town. From arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay was handled effortlessly. From the sun hats in our room to the sun cream on the roof terrace, everything had been thought through to ensure a very easy, restful stay. “Unfortunately, this hotel was missing many of the fine details you would expect from a five star property. On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology. The rooms also lacked the level of comfort and quiet you would expect at this price point. The doors felt thin and offered very little……
