“We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome.”

“The AC in the room did not work at all. But my biggest concern was that we were traveling with my friend who has a condition and cannot climb stairs. I know there is a message on the page about accessibility but I think it has to be clearer that you must take some steps to go to the rooms. Otherwise, the place is perfectly located and it’s comfortable. ”

“Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten genug Platz mit 5 Personen. Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. “This property exceeded our expectations, the location is fantastic, secure, and close to get to key attractions. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean, it was exactly what we needed and more! This was a gem! I could go on, but reslly worth mentioning the host, Edy, she was fantastic, which really was the icing on the cake, really hwlpful and available when needed. Needless to say when we go back this is the place to stay for us! ”
