“Great hotel at a great location. The room was great, service was impeccable - especially, Ritu and Luis go out of their way to help you. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a good parking (Telpark-Valbom) nearby and even Museo Gulbenkien is walking distance. However, if I could just suggest one small thing - it is about the breakfast. We expected a better breakfast with some more choices in a hotel of this standard. Am sure, the management is looking into it. But other than that - great place……

“Enjoyed using this as our home base to explore Lisboa ! Close to metro and bus stops, busy street that doesn’t take too long to get an uber, nice kitchen and multiple bathrooms that were always available and clean. Room was more spacious than expected and the small patio to look at the main road was nice as well!”

Lumen is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. All the staffs are very nice, room is comfortable & big, the breakfast is tasty. The light show is a bonus!
The sweetest thing is the welcome snake and new year wine. I had a good time living there for two weeks!
