“Très bon accueil, La chambre correspondait à nos attentes, tranquillité, calme, bonne literie, le petit plus avec la baignoire.... La petite balade dans le bois avec la petite plage privée... Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le chuchotement de l,eau très agréable.. Je recommande c,est établissement si vous aimer le calme, la beauté de la nature et bravo pour la rénovation de ce moulin, bcp de charme et joli mariage de la pierre et du bois...”

“Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, ist aber sehr gut erreichbar. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Hunde waren jederzeit willkommen. Das Bad benötigt etwas Renovationsarbeit (die Duschablage fehlte und die Ablage unter dem Spiegel hält nur noch knapp)”

“the staff were friendly and the room was good. i did feel that for the price for the room, paddle boards should be free to use and maybe they can have a few more available. also, same with the bikes. offering some complimentary evening snack or something would also be good. four star places include breakfast or these type of things to make it an elevated experience beyond just a hotel in a good location. the sauna was nice and the outdoor small pool was closed when we wanted to use it. also more……

“Black Bass is not a 5-star hotel as they claim. It is a 4-star property charging ultra-luxury rates. Spending $700 a night means expecting seamless operational infrastructure, yet this hotel lacks 24-hour reception and round-the-clock room service. Great physical location cannot compensate for the restricted service and basic, uninspired room decor. The room interiors further expose the lack of premium standards—the decor feels basic rather than luxury, and the carpet is visibly run-down. A……

“Poor WiFi, no ventilation in toilet, can’t get taxi or uber in a timely manner, etc.”

“We arrived after 8pm so there was no check in process. The hotel site is under construction and the room we were given was in a complete state of disrepair. Mould, broken windows, bathroom tiles, ripped wallpaper, stained carpets. There are no staff after 8pm.”
