The hotel is great value for money, it is clean, while small the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is really good and well priced and there is a parking, a rarity in and around Annecy! If you are travelling by car then this is for you. If you are not motorised then you might find the location to be a bit far from the centre (3km) but should be easy enough to access by bus. Overall, very happy with this one!

The hotel itself was clean, quiet, good location based on the price but parking was not ideal if checking in late. The gate only works with your room code which you can get once you have checked-in inside the property and you cannot get onsite parking unless pre-purchased while checking in. Other than that, everything was lovely. You should be able to add parking at the time of checking-in regardless of time of arrival through the machine outside the hotel.

Very new hotel so all facilities in excellent condition. Main downside is the location is further from main train station that it would appear from the Hotel name. Needs 2 buses to get there (about 30mins total). But buses were free and mainly on time when we were there so no big problem.

Not worth the hassle.

The staff - when on was terrific, absolutely excellent. However, the hotel had two massive problems. First - the car park was full and cars were actually parked illegally on the driveway up to the car park, so we had to carry our heavy bags a long ways. Second, the mobile reception is terrible and the wifi wasn’t working properly and we needed reception to check in on the automated system. Hence, after 1AM, we spent 45 minutes trying to check in before we finally sorted it and the security guard was helping too. Then had to go find legal parking a 1/4 mile away which I needed to be back at before 8AM. Shame as the room and bed is totally fine.

New rooms. Ver clean. Personnel is courteous and kind. The breakfast was simple but good- high quality. Just two strange things: no trash container in room or bathroom- The biggest frustrating thing was the lack of parking. There were not enough parking spaces and I was told by management to park the car in other businesses parking. I really felt ill at ease with that option but did just that. When I went to recuperate my car the following morning, the owner of the business approached me saying I was not allowed to park there.

From what I remember, this hotel is brand new and you can tell! Overall nice clean rooms. I would recommend driving to and from, with this place as your starting point to wherever you are going. Can be confusing to find at times but thats everywhere in the city! Also very close and walkable to E. leclerc, a supermarket so it would be good to have a kitchenette if you would like to keep food in the hotel. Not sure if they have it as ours did not. We were a family of 4 so it came with 2 single beds and a queen. No partitions so everyone can see each other. If with friends, might be best to request a room with division. No vent in the bathroom but not sure if that is common in France? Overall would book again but would definitely choose the type of room. Front desk was very helpful, though it was not 24/7. Wifi was a big issue. I had to bring my work and use a secured network, given the location, internet connection was very weak so if you have any private work, you can only depend on their wifi. It sometimes would boot you off so youd have to connect a few times.

Check in is done entering your reservation number on a display who then releases your entry code. The receptionist may not be there to facilitate check-in. you cannot enter the code early so you will have to wait until 2 PM when check in is allowed by the machine. Which means you have to wait either outside the building or in the very small room where the check in machine is located. There is no AC in this room and 6 people will feel crowded in this room. Also, people around will see your room code when you check in. Room is very small. Bathroom very small too.

Disappointing

We (my wife, myself and 2 kids) arrived late and there was no one to check us in. We did not see that the on-prem parking was optional from the self-checkin kiosk and since we did not purchase it, we where not allowed to enter the parking garage. It took us 15min to realize this, and after calling the property from the kiosk's intercom, I was told that there was no way to pay for parking at this hour (front desk was closed) and that I had to park on the Street. I wished I had known this sooner.

La chambre était impeccable, le personnel très accueillant, le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bien organisé Seul bémol, la borne d'accueil ne fonctionnait, elle était hors service en dehors des heures d'ouverture. Heureusement, la personne à l'accueil est arrivée en avance pour prendre son service, l'a constatée et nous a accueillis physiquement plus tôt pour nous permettre de rentrer. Nous la remercions de sa gentillesse.
