New opening This new property now available! Amazing one floor plan with huge great room and direct access to the ocean from every bedroom! Home now has 5 bedrooms with newly added additional 2 bedroom Oceanside Cottage. Heated Pool and back up Generator!

Located on a stunning private beach just 8 miles from Georgetown, the capital of Exuma. Next to the famous Lazy River! Five large bedrooms which are beautifully decorated. New two bedroom Beachside Cottage includes a master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bath and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for an additional family. Soaring 22'' ceilings in the main great room with state of the art fully stocked kitchen.
