「This hotel has only one lift and a spiral staircase besides the lift. We stayed five nights, but the lift was unserviceable for three nights and on the day of check-out, it is still not working. We were placed on the fourth floor so have to drag our bags down the spiral staircase slowly over the four levels. Overall, the convenience is the subway station right next to the apartment but on our check-out, they went on strike! What a time to be at Nuremburg!」

「The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented. However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay. 「I would give 10 from 10 mark... But there is one huge disadvantage - the suite we had was something like 3 or 4 floor, and the last one with a spiral case... So if you have a problem with your back or foot, or have a luggage, avoided it. But it is clean, fantastic location, very comfy bed, good kitchenette... Strangely enough the shower has no door and all the water coming out... 」
