“Good communication for check in, easy and faster Secure location, the room was big and clean, everything ok with small exceptions, just half or role of toilet paper and left side bed lamp missing switch Easy check out, thanks for everything ”

“We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play.”

“Room was filthy. Freezing cold all night even with windows shut, no radiator in room. Drug bags down the side of the bed. Stains on the duvet. Damp towel left on floor. Uncooked pizza on windowsill from last occupant so room clearly wasn’t cleaned. Entire room smelt of cigarettes. Avoid”

“First time we stayed at double tree Stayed as a family two adult and two children Nice atmosphere Nice lobby and common areas Rooms are to a good standard Staff are lovely During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on……

“Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. ”

I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. ”

“Absolutely avoid at all costs - hubby and children were left without any place to stay when hosts lost booking”

“Staff is good. Sleeping room is clean. Have to share bathroom with other guests. Toilet lock broken.”

“The evening receptionist was lovely, friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, the en suite was clean, there was a portable heater when it got a little cold at night. On the first night of my stay the single room I was given did not have a kettle so the receptionist changed it for a room with a kettle at no extra charge to me.”
