"Very quiet and nice town. The place has everything you could need. Would certainly stay again if in the area."

"There were Cheerios under the table and floors were dusty. Soap holder in upstairs shower was broken off and shower ledges were dirty.Very few small spoons available for our group. Poor quality spatulas. No salt and pepper. Memory foam over mattress in master king bed, we were rolling down on memory foam and constantly pulling ourselves back up. Mattresses in downstairs bedrooms were too soft. One person had to sleep on the couch."

"Very clean, comfortable. Beautiful home, but cold in the bedrooms, so bring a sweater and warm jammies. Only real complaint was very little water pressure in the showers. It was, unfortunately, too cold to make use of the hot tub as it's in a weird place in the middle of the yard and has no shelter from the wind, etc. The host was very responsive to our questions. We had an issue with the fireplace, but they sent someone right away to fix it, and that person was extremely nice and helpful. There were signs all over the neighborhood protesting vacation rentals-"homes not hotels". That didnt detract from our stay, though, just didn't feel welcome in the area. Kitchen is well equipped, and door dash delivers if you don't want to cook. Also only 10 minutes from Flag, so convenient to go into town. There is also a Dollar General about 2 minutes from the cabin for any essentials. Overall a great place to stay, and would 100% recommend."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but the property didn’t feel very well maintained, with missing cabinets in the kitchen and some basic amenities lacking (limited supplies, no hairdryer, no bathroom lock or fan). Parking was a bit challenging with the shared driveway, and having to hand wash dishes may not be ideal for some guests, since there’s no dishwasher.The extra charge to use the fireplace was only disclosed in the arrival instructions. There was food left in freezer and a window was left open prior to arrival. House was very cold. "

"Excellent home for a family. Enjoyed comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, games to play, and space to move around. Quiet residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you for sharing your home."

"The house has everything you need and more. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to stores and restaurants in Flagstaff. This house was our home base for our family vacation to Grand Canyon, Page and Sedona. "

"What a cool place to stay. Unique amenities, from the hot tub to the arcade machine to the book of nearby sights. VERY soft beds. Clear check-in instructions that got us inside without a hitch. Even though other houses are nearby, we felt like we had a private nook of the woods and mountains. We had a wonderful stay at the Bear’s Den. "
