「We haven’t been back to this hotel in a couple years and they’ve done a nice job updating it. Very clean and staff so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Laundry was out of order at the time but no issues other than that. 」

「breakfast variety was too little and worst among all other BW plus hotels that I had stayed. Swimming pool only open 9-9 which other others use to open on 6 or 7.」

「Clean room, staff was helpful, and room was comfortable. My only suggestion to the night attendant was that they should have some type of sleep aid in their pantry for people like me who have trouble sleeping in new places. Otherwise all good.」

「The room itself was decent and mostly clean, although the bed was way too stiff for my liking. My biggest issue was the atmosphere around the bar area. Two out of the three nights I stayed there, the bar was packed with loud people openly acting like they were under the influence, which made the place feel uncomfortable and honestly a little unsafe. I expected a more relaxed and professional environment from a hotel and spa. The actual room was fine, but the overall experience was dragged down...

「Staff has always been great and rooms are always well kept. Area is fine, staff is helpful, and always a good experience considering the price. Highly recommend. Beakfast is underwheming but does the trick. (note: the ihop no longer honors the discount the hotel says they do.)」
