「This was a very funky hotel billed as a bed and breakfast. The property is well over 100 years old and clearly has some deferred maintenance issues, but it was so cool and funky. I would go back in a heartbeat. I’m sure the staff is really good but when I showed up there, the door was locked there was nobody at the desk. Nobody responded to my ringing the bell and nobody answered the phone, so at that point as I was getting really frustrated. I looked down and saw an envelope with my name on it...

「Terrific clean and convenient hotel close to beautiful Dillon Lake and walking/biking path. Rooms were spacious with full kitchens and terrific shower and bath products. Friendly staff and good variety at breakfast buffet. You can also rent boats by the nearby marina, and the adjacent amphitheater appears to get quality performances.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Mold in room , would not stay another night. Soon as we were gone 2 hours we were breathing better. Everything was dirty . Urine on the walls . Sink did not drain properly. The floor was buckling everywhere. The outlet in bathroom was falling out. There was mold all over the ceiling and all around soap holder in bathroom. So much more . Place is nasty!!」

「I LOVED this property!! It was so beautiful!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities! My husband and I experienced elevation sickness while staying here and decided to stay in for dinner. We didn't know if we could expect much from a somewhat limited menu, but we were pleasantly surprised with the BEST salad I had on the trip and we enjoyed the pizza as well. The bed was very comfortable and the view from our balcony was awesome! We enjoyed...

「This place was fine-seemed a bit tired. Every thing was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was nice and quiet, having a refrigerator in the room was great. We were just there for one night - it is conveniently located. As older customers, we frequently find the bathroom mirror light needs to be stronger. The breakfast was ok-seemed mainly already packaged foods but we ate it.」
