"Josh’s home was just lovely! So perfect for my family! The inside living area was very spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size and we loved that each room had larger beds rather than having a room with only twins like so many other rentals. The outside area was beautiful and didn’t feel at all like you were in the middle of a neighborhood on a busy street. The amenities were great as well. We just can’t say enough about how pleased we were with this home. Thank you so much Josh for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will definitely be back! "

"There was a coating of dust on the table & countertops when we arrived, the refrigerator was not turned on, you could feel the springs in the mattresses & the pots & pans weren't very nice to cook stuff in. Otherwise great location and we enjoyed our time in Florida and this house was only one that was affordable for us when our other house was cancelled on us."
