「I specifically requested a non-smoking room because I have young children, but when we arrived, they gave us a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. I called the front desk to report the issue, and the employee told me he would look into it and call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever followed up or did anything to resolve the problem.

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」
