The staff was excellent and well versed in what they were doing. The down side of this was that maintenance came off very rude and not helpful at all. The room I had was incomplete to say the least. The tv remote was not turning the volume up and down instead it was continuously forcing the tv back to the Home Screen. And when asked for assistance with this issue the maintenance never returned. Also when asked to refresh my towels and rags in my room maintenance meet me with a very hostile attitude as if I was trying to hold the dirty rags and towels or steal them. So that’s why I didn’t give them 5 stars. Other than that location and convenience was good

Very good stay.

Room was very clean and facilities up to date as well. Comfort level up to par and staff very courteous. Close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores and gas station.

The staff was nice it was decent for a short term stay but the pillow and sheets had a weird smell , the shower water pressure was real low. The sheets and pillow did not smell clean . Not much breakfast option.

I was surprised to see the location had bad reviews. Breakfast could have been better but overall good stay they only take cash deposits. I think they bad reviews because of location. Guy at front desk was nice rooms were clean

The hotel was nice and clean and great for a stay near the Atlanta airport. However, the airport shuttle driver was extremely rude when calling me to tell me where to go at the airport when picking us up and in every interaction we had. When he called me to pick me up at the airport, he said he will be there in 10 minutes then he hung up on me and showed up in 20 minutes. I called him while I was waiting to make sure he was on his way and he did not pick up. The second time I called he did answer and told me that he was there. I told him he was not because I was there and he wasn’t and then he told me that he would be there in 30 seconds and hung up. The hotel would get five stars from me if it weren’t for the airport shuttle driver.
