"For the Locarno Film Festival, the location was excellent with both free city buses and the festival shuttle coming right in front of the hotel. Rooms were in excellent shape, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and very friendly!"

"We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and overall the hotel was a great choice for our stay. We would happily recommend it."

"Restaurant was reasonably priced and good. System was well-organized; staff was friendly; and there is a playground next door. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast since needing to leave early. The beds were rather firm. And the bathroom door gives a truly cultural experience to family-style (clear on bottom and does not completely separate the rooms but is sufficient). Otherwise, it is perfect and would be 5 stars."

"One of our favorites stays ever, we felt like this family provided some of the best hospitality possible during our stay. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from service at dinner to buying tickets for excursions. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Dinner in the restaurant is a bargain with 4 delicious courses for 54CHF as of this writing. I strongly recommend staying here for three nights if you can and having at least one dinner at the Fiescherblick Michelin starred restaurant next door. The views are terrific from restaurant to room and the Wi-Fi was strong and fast, and the washer/dryer, while a bit clunky to use, are very welcome when you are traveling for a long while."
