“Location is 5-star and only surpassed by how attentive and kind the staff are. The room is left, A/C works beautifully as does the shower, sink, etc. Great water pressure!! However, I did find a small ball of the previous guests’ hair in the shower floor, which was cleaned when housekeeping came in the room. The towels are great and big but have holes in them, which as a dude traveling solo I didn’t mind but I know my wife would have. Great Location comes at the cost of the street outside……

“The location is perfect for hanging around Juarez and walking to Roma Norte and not too far a walk to the historic centre. The decor is nice and the bed was very comfortable (though the sheets were not very soft). The hotel is above a Japanese restaurant and Mexican restaurant/bar, which give a nice vibe when arriving. My first room was on the 1st floor (101) and I was bothered by the music from downstairs. My second room on the 2nd floor was smaller but quieter and I was happier there. In both……

“The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. You can leave your luggage in the main entrance while the room gets prepared - just don’t leave valuables as the front door is wide open at times. The rooms are modern, large and very clean. “The place is great and property very clean . My only down fall is that they advertise early check in at a cost which I have no problem paying and a late check out and which is also not available. Also the front desk staff are not very attentive or friendly. And like other reviewers mention they make you sign a 3 page contract on the spot without giving a chance to read it prior. “Lovely location and staff, very clean. Room was small, bathroom door a sliding barn door which limits privacy. Frosted room windows face the building interior. This made for no natural light, no breeze, and constant halfway light shining into the room at night. Good deal on a budget if you are not planning on spending most of your time in the hotel room.”
