“I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. “This was a great experience other than some basic issues that I hope the property will address. The room was extremely dark. It was difficult to see well to put makeup on. Just a little more light would have helped a lot. Also, just leaving two detergent pods would have gone a long way for our 3-night stay. Lastly but certainly not least was the issue with the hairdryer. The listing said there was a hairdryer. I got out of the shower and... no hairdryer. I called the front desk repeatedly at……
