I originally booked one night but extended to two — the rate was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, including when they helped me fix a date mistake I made during booking. Unfortunately, our overall impression was spoiled by our departure, as we left at 5 a.m. and had arranged for a breakfast package with the hotel. 「I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. 」
