"El hotel todo limpio y muy bonito pero el staff muy mal, te tratan muy mal en especial las de recepción, el cuarto que me toco no servía el aire acondicionado, aunque llegaron a repararlo nunca enfrió. Las tarjetas de los cuartos no funcionan, hasta que llegan a abrir con la llave maestra. Uh hotel bonito pero muy descuidado "

"The hotel was so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! The only reason I am taking off a star is that there is a club nearby and you can definitely hear the music throughout the night so just be aware that if you stay over the weekend you might hear some background beats until 4am"

"Decent stay, breakfast was consistent and decent. Lots of fruit and beans. No view out the frosted windows was a bit of a downside as was the hallway noise in the mornings. Otherwise completely lovely for our week long stay."

"When I got to the hotel it was raining hard, the hotel doesn’t have a canopy, therefore I got wet with water to my ankles. Once I got to the reception desk, I was informed that they didn’t have a room for me, even though they acknowledged they have my fully paid reservation. They got me a room in a different hotel"

"The hotel is very old and in need of significant renovations. We were quite concerned about the condition of the bathroom, especially the toilet, which was broken and seemed unsafe to use. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not as accommodating. The room phone did not work properly, and the hotel charges for local calls, which was unexpected. The location is excellent, but the property itself requires a lot of maintenance. To make matters worse, there were insects in the shower area."
