“Cozy place to stay”

“I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. ”

“Great location. Very hard to find something quiet in Mexico City. If you book a room without a balcony, they face the back and are very quiet. Good AC and nice comfortable bed with good quality linens. Staff was very friendly and arranged massages for us in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and the small extras like handmade soap, coffee, pastries, and candies, plenty of bottled water, soda, and mescal made the time fun and welcoming. “This was my first time visiting Mexico City and I was beyond pleased. This hotel is great with security (I traveled solo and am a female) the reception helps SO much with providing info regarding places to eat, visit, and explore. They really care and take the time to do so, shout out to Diego. There was also a woman who worked for the luggage and door—she was simply amazing. My room was SO comfortable. I went to the ritz for the last 3 nights in CDMX and guess what? THE RITZ DIDNT EVEN COMPARE……

“The location is truly incredible and offers great value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. Room service and towel changes were available, but you had to request them, and service could be a bit slow. For example, the AC in my room didn’t work and was never repaired (fortunately, the weather was mild so it wasn’t a major issue). Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the service was adequate rather than outstanding.”

“Todo estuvo perfecto, gracias a humberto por hacerme el check-in por adelantado. Solo un detalle en cuanto a las luces , son muy potentes, quería apagar una pero o eran todas o ninguna así que opté por apagarlas y usar la del baño para iluminar la pieza . Obviamente creo que es cuestión de gustos en cuanto iluminación. Todo en general muy bien ”

“Es un hotel renovado con excelente ubicación en caso no rentas coche (estación de metro insurgentes a una cuadra de distancia). En si, la habitación es pequeña, y puede ser un poco molesto el ruido de noche, dependerá de cada persona, aunque te proveen unos tapones para aligerar el ruido; en mi caso eso no fue problema pues la cama fue demasiado agradable. No dudaría en hospedarme de nuevo, especialmente por la ubicación y todo lo que se tiene alrededor (restaurantes, bares, parques, etc)”
