“A colleague of mine had a trip out to Lee County for work. We had heard about this hunting cabin as an alternative to staying at branded hotels up in Forrest City and decided to check it out. We really enjoyed it. So refreshing to wake up to the sound of birds and a beautiful view of the pond. Compliments to the owners on the choice of interior finishes. Seemed like there was use of reclaimed wood and other materials that presented as both rustic and comfortable.”

“The hostess who greeted me upon arrival was very friendly and efficient. Parking right outside our room was convenient. The breakfast area is large and bright. Our room was quiet and a good choice as we stopped-over in Forrest City for the night.”

“It was definitely a no frills hotel but for the money it was fantastic. My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient and easy to get to. The service was wonderful. We thought our first stay there was so good that we made a point to stay again on our return trip. It does not have breakfast as advertised but for the money, I would not have expected it. It does have a fridge and a microwave. The only drawback I found is that it did not have a hairdryer.”

“Nice quiet hotel not far from the interstate. Area *looks* kind of sketchy but everyone was very friendly and I had no issues whatsoever.”

“My room was dirty and bed sheets were stained. I slept on top of the bedding. The shower had dirt streaks in it. There was dirt, hair and webs in corners of bathroom. Blow dryer was broken. TV was not programmed to watch. It took me 40 minutes to set up channels.”

“Cheap and nice ”

“Worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The door on the mini fridge was not attached & the freezer shelf was unusable due to it being completely frosted. I let the front desk know & she just shrugged her shoulders and said “we know”. The bathtub/shower was filthy as was the carpet near the door.”
