「This was perfect! Close to shops and restaurants, convenient, quiet, clean and perfect! We just needed to get away quietly and chill! This was perfect all the way around! The price was better than a small room hotel with loud noise on the other side of the wall. The bed was comfortable, instructions clear and notifications clear. I have already sent to friends that I know visit Laurel often. 」

It took us 30 minutes to get the property manager to reach out to us. When they did, all we got were excuses. The property manager told us they would be there in 10 minutes and it took over 20 to arrive. When they did arrive, they had no backup key to let us in.
