Home owners were understanding and lovely. Management pathetic and not trustworthy. The property states they have “cleaners there straight away” when we checked numerous times to try get my frank green bottle and bag back $150 worth Just for the idiots to say but there when they weren’t there either . Could see it on the bench still hours after keys were handed back but apparently wasn’t there yes sounds lame a drink bottle but an expensive new one is hurtful to loose, either way it’s not hard to when it’s bright orange. I would never usually do this as I cannot stand it when people complain. But after doing the right thing and questioning jt within an hour doing the right thing waiting to Apply forms refund if some sort as the stay wasn’t to the cleaners best ability.,the amount of spiders think cobwebs inside and overgrown lawns I’m struggling to understand why the cleaners were so prioritized over hen clearly hadn’t gone in before we didAnd checked the property
