「A bit dated but otherwise good hotel! The beach was right there and was calm. Overall a good stay!」

「This was not our first time here but will be our last. We stayed in the oceans section - room 2008. View from the room was amazing but that’s where it ends. The water pressure in the bathroom was so bad and sewer flies came out of the drain. The sewer smell in the room was awful. Room was not cleaned each day, the same water bottle left on the walkway was there the entire week (do they not clean at all??) When we arrived there was a family checking in who was extremely upset about their room...

「Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- 」

「The rooms are very small. The beds were uncomfortable and extremely old creaked with any movement. The pigeons outside my window made sleep difficult. Walls are thin so you can hear movements of the adjacent rooms. Beach area was nice, pool is small but okay as well. 」

「The staff was wonderful at this resort. Extremely friendly and approachable. Our room, while clean, wasn’t fully cleaned every day, and some items weren’t refreshed (coffee, etc…). But overall, a wonderful resort with great food options. 」

「The room was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the bakery was delicious.」

「The property was fully equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, big smart tv’s in living room & bedroom, bathroom come with hair dryer. The hotel is set up like an apartment. It’s next to all the restaurants & stores & night life. I would recommend you have a car to get up & down the parking garage or you will be walking up the hill. Also it’s a rooftop pool that’s 24 hrs. Only issue I had with my unit was the shower was back up」

「Hotel lontano dall’aeroporto, stanza enorme, ma piuttosto sporca, così come lenzuola e biancheria da bagno macchiati. Bagno scrostato.Personale scortese,non ci hanno illustrato neanche la presenza di piscina e per la colazione spacciata per compresa , abbiamo dovuto chiedere!! E questa è la cosa più brutta perché non è vero che la colazione è inclusa. Vi danno un buono da 10 dollari a persona, che nn comprende ne’ caffè, né croissant, ma solo un buffet dentro il supermercato di scarsa qualità....
