「We left, we didn’t even stay. The staff was rude and I have a special needs child with me, who can not use the stairs like that. They tried to put us up on the 2nd or 3rd floor with the elevator being out of service. I’ll be calling Expedia tomorrow for a full refund. They were aweful!」
