“This is a great place. It is a plush property in a small town. Great staff, well run. The hottub was a plus. Would definitely come back to this gem. If you are thinking of staying in Manitou Springs and want something less touristy and more "colorado" I would check out the Little Beaver or Outlook Lodge. They are great!”

“The space was very clean. It had a full functioning kitchen. The converted garage aesthetic was really cool. We were no more than 20 minutes from all the spots we wanted to see. When we were back at the VRBO, we enjoyed the hot tub (really easy to use).”

“Only good things to say!!!! The space was enormous and immaculate. Dressed all in white it felt pristine. One bedroom had a king and a "full" fold down futon. The second bedroom had a bunk and a full bed and the livingroom sofa that could sleep 4/5 people. If you have a LARGE crew, this is the place for you...lots of sleeping space. There were lovely upscale touches, like Calvin Klien Towels, Starbucks coffee mugs, the cutest "ball" mason jars for glasses, lovely wine glasses and a gorgeous……

“We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.”

“Great location to see the Colorado Springs are - 15 minutes fromGarden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs and minutes from Old Colorado City. Marianne is delightful and great to work with. Apartment is whimsical but has great space. Family of four fit well. View off decks was lovely. Hot tub was clean and had a great view. If you like modern and new this is not for you. If you like artsy and whimsical then his place is great.”

“We just love staying here as it’s close to the entertainment but just far enough off by a park that it's quiet. You can easily get to trails in the area and it’s so nice to be able to get back, shower and be able to enjoy the rest of the afternoon checking out the shops and great food. This place has everything you need including outdoor area when you just want to relax.”
