They do have an elevator that has to be operated by staff, but it's a bit of an ordeal just getting your luggage to the lobby if you have anything larger than a carry-on. 「This is an old factory refurbished into hotel rooms and suites. Make sure to get a room that faces the marina and the water. The room layouts are very different which made it fun. We got a king suite that had a raised bed area and a nice living space with nice clean furniture. The finishes are good, but the edges are frayed here and there and little bit of dirty corners. The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday so our stay Sunday night didn't have a breakfast available. But we did order into...

「This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

「It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...
