Welcome home! This modern, recently upgraded apartment is your home away from home in beautiful Fort Collins. This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to public transportation, parks, community trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and CSU. Several grocery stores are also located within one mile. This apartment is ready for you to settle in and enjoy with a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, custom lighting, two spacious bedrooms, laundry area with washer and dryer, and balcony.

The apartment complex has a huge open field in the backyard. The apartment is located on the second floor. It has two bedrooms, two individual bathroom sink cabinet vanities, and a toilet and shower. Anything in the kitchen is available for you to use.

Comfort in the Mountains
Spacious, safe, clean condo with everything you'd need for a short or long stay. We stayed here for 70 days, close to shopping, highways, University and one hour from Denver and the mountains. Host was extremly helpful, organized, returned messages promptly. Highly recommend this listing.
