“Room was not ready for some one to stay in… no towels or toilet paper or soap..tape on the light fixture and smelt like smoke in the room and smelt like the bedding had not been washed”

“I enjoyed my stay there. Front desk was extremely helpful and nice. Close to Silver Springs. I would stay there again.”

“Rooms were clean , beds were comfortable and Tvs worked but property is worn and in need of some serious care. We were checking in late and leaving early so it didnt matter. Lobby wasnt open yet for coffee at 730 am. The desk clerk and supervisor were very friendly and accomdated room location request d/t a legitimate service animal”

“No breakfast offered even though it's listed. You can't get into the lobby they do everything through the night window that's just big enough to pass your hand through. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned based off the amount of dirt in the corners and the shirt tag stuck to the wall from a previous renter. The pool was completely unusable. I know it's not spring yet but you'd think with it being right around the corner they would at least be working on it or something.……

“Parking lot was messy with over grown foliage. Random trash in lots and side walks. We had issues with our key cards even getting into the room and had to walk back and forth 4 times to get the room open so that was a bad first experience. When we were there, the cleaners had 4 mattresses pulled out on the sidewalks that look incredibly dirty and was hosing off other things from the rooms to later find out they had a cockroach infestation in some rooms. So when we entered our room, I had low……

“Plenty of parking and an on site mini golf course. They closed the pool 10mins early so we weren’t able to stick our feet in after a long day of walking. We did have to kill multiple bugs in our room, so the property is definitely older and run down but the price was right. The star of the show was Destiny at the front desk. We checked in around 11pm and were exhausted and she was fast and super friendly. Our AC unit didn’t work the first night and she came the second night after maintenance……

“Everything was good except the room when I get there the room is very a lot of trash in the containers, but everything else is good. I don’t make complaints no more because I’m already tired. I want to sleep.”

“The place is nice and well-located. The staff was okay, but what really needs improvement is the noise level. The rooms near the bar should have a soundproofing system, as there is live music played at an excessively high volume, making it impossible to sleep. You can also hear traffic noise and even people talking on the street (at night, of course). I wish I had known this before booking.”

“My reservation was cancelled at 11:54 pm although I called (the day before) and advised that I was checking in around 1am/2am. At that hour in the morning had to look for other arrangements and got one around 4am!!”
